Good evening everyone!!

I hope this email finds you well. We truly have so much to be grateful for! I hope your youth groups are looking forward to a fantastic week at Camp Adullam this year! I know I am!

I would like to thank you all for your patience as I've made the conversion to an electronic form for registrations this year. I believe this will be a much smoother process for everyone!!

With that said, there are three registration forms: 1) Church Pre-Registration Form, 2) Camper Registration Form (Ages 10-18), and Adult Registration Form (Ages 19 & Older). I have included the links below -- in QR code and web address formats.

EVERY person attending Camp Adullam will need to fill out a personal registration form. Each church should fill out a Pre-Registration Form. All forms need to be submitted NO LATER THAN JUNE 7TH. The t-shirt size is included on the registration form this year. I will place t-shirt orders on the week of the 7th. I will confirm the t-shirt order with the contact stated on the church registration form prior to placing the order (I realize you may need to add additional t-shirts).

While you can still change registration (some add, some drop as it gets closer to time, which normal and expected), this will give us a general idea of how many to expect so the staff at Laurel Lake Baptist Camp and Camp Adullam Directors can prepare accordingly.

I have also included links to the Camp Adullam Letter, General Information/Camp Rules/Dress Code, Counselor/Volunteer Information, and T-shirt order to maintain your own records.

If this is the first communication you've received, I have attached the Header Letter at the bottom of this email. Camp Adullam is June 28-July 3rd at Laurel Lake Baptist Camp. The cost is $150 per person, which includes a Camp Adullam t-shirt. Meals are provided and no additional money is needed during camp.
